Andrea Reaber, Director of Utilization Review

Andrea has been an active member in the health care industry for 5 years, spending the majority of her time in substance abuse treatment settings. She has worked for prominent Malibu treatment centers for 4 years in a nursing as well as a Utilization Review capacity. Andrea specializes in advocating for clients through her extensive clinical knowledge and rapport with case managers. She provides detailed clinical reviews that are unmatched by other competitors and her clients lengths of stays are proof of that. She makes effective and frequent communication with facilities a priority, providing weekly updates to the treatment team. She provides onsite, hands on clinical training to our facilities clinicians and is always working on improving clinical documentation.
